Delete your account

You can delete your Property Investor account at any time, in the app or by email. Here is how, and what happens to your data.

In the app

    Open the Property Investor app and sign in.

    Tap the person icon at the top right to open My Account.

  3. 3

    On the Profile tab, tap Deactivate my account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

By email

Within 30 days

Email us from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Use this if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in.

What we delete

  • Your account and profile: name, email address and phone number
  • Your saved properties, alerts and preferences
  • Your device and notification details

What we may keep

  • Records we must keep by law, such as reservations, fees and completed property sales, for up to 6 years
  • Messages and properties you sent to our team, where they form part of those records

Just want fewer emails?

You do not have to delete your account. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails, or change your property alerts in the app under Manage Property Alerts.
